Dr. Leonard Davidson grew up in Olmsted Falls and graduated from high school in 1974. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University in 1978, he went on to complete his D.D.S. from Case Western Reserve University in 1982. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Davidson served as a Dental Officer in the United States Navy. Dr. Davidson has been in private practice in Olmsted Falls since 1988. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and Cleveland Dental Society. In 1995, Dr. Davidson was awarded a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Leena Palomo was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up outside Chicago. She attended Case Western Reserve University for four years of college and another four years of dental school. She then returned to Case for another three years to specialize in Periodontics. Dr. Palomo also has an additional year of hospital training from St. Elizabeth’s Health Center, a trauma level I center in Youngstown. She is an Assistant Professor of Periodontology at Case School of Dental Medicine and Invited Faculty at St. Elizabeth's Health Center. She is a member of the Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology.

Dr. William Hayes grew up in the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland and graduated from St. Edward High School in 1977. Dr. Hayes received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1981. He also received his D.D.S. from Case Western Reserve in 1985. He practiced in Lakewood until 1988 when he moved to Olmsted Township, where he currently resides. Dr. Hayes is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. He belongs to the Academy of General Dentistry which is devoted to excellence in dentistry through continuing education.
